Making A Comeback
What a difference a year makes! While many of our customers were understandably “waiting to see” through the second half of 2020, many are now engaged in getting upgrades completed, new systems installed, and EMV kits activated. Our project bookings in Q1 2021 were up about 50% over the levels we saw in 2020.
With that good news comes the next challenge – getting it all done! We’ve strengthened our leadership team but we need more help in both the technician and construction areas. Kevin Ellis and Mike Roose have joined us recently, and we’re looking for more individuals with a desire to learn and grow. 
So, now we are seeking YOUR HELP! We believe our customers and industry partners not only understand our business but the qualities we are looking for in team members. If you know anyone in Northeast Indiana or the Indianapolis area that would be a good fit for any of our open positions send us a quick email introduction.
Externships Planned
One way we are reaching out to the community and partnering with schools is by participating in Greater Fort Wayne’s 2021 Summer Externship Program. We will be hosting three teachers for two days each this summer. They’ll ride along with our service technicians or participate in a project we’re doing. The intent is simply to increase awareness of the career opportunities in our area and to help connect with teachers that influence our young people.
