THE NEED
Getting a needed replacement moving.
A City of Fort Wayne fleet manager needed help with DEF dispensing equipment that required replacement. Gasoline Equipment met with the fleet manager to understand the need and coordinate the equipment and installation.
The emphasis was practical: communicate directly, source the replacement, and get the work scheduled.
Project scope
- Fleet-manager coordination
- Replacement equipment sourcing
- DEF dispenser replacement
- Installation and return to service
THE WORK
From the fleet manager’s call to installation.
The team arranged the replacement equipment and adjusted its schedule to support the customer. Once the equipment arrived, Gasoline Equipment installed the new DEF dispenser and returned it to service.
The project discussion emphasized the value of an accessible local team that could work directly with the fleet manager throughout the process.
THE RESULT
Equipment back in service. A relationship built on response.
The new dispenser was installed and the equipment returned to operation. The team described the project as the start of an ongoing service relationship grounded in availability, communication, and follow-through.
